On 16/01/2014 the drive-thru lane was blocked with patrons therefore I went to the counter where I was 5th in line waiting to be served. While waiting, another customer complained about having to wait for 20 minutes for 6 cokes. This client was then presented with her order - 6 ice-creams - with the cashier arguing the order.
After waiting for about 20 minutes I was called to the counter to be served - only to be immediately ignored by the attending cashier who went on to serve someone who jumped the queue.
The cashier next to her then offered to serve me. After taking my order and taking my money, she told me that they ran out of chicken and that I have to wait at least another 5 minutes. I demanded a refund and left the facility.
The incompetence and lack of service awareness at this branch of KFC is astonishing - taking into account that it was not even on a busy day or during a busy period! Perhaps some supervision should be considered by the owner who was nowhere to be seen and "not available".
