Very Pathetic Service and Attitude

My family and I went in to JD @ Suncoast on Sunday 24th Feb and received such pathetic service that we would never set foot back there. We were received with no smile, taken to our seats, then a waiter comes to hand us the menu cards, comes back in under 2mins and wants our order, I then asked her to give us time of which she never returned, The area manager came along with a smile and wonderful personality Mr Rudolf took our order and said will send it through, then comes the meal for my baby daughter with nothing offered EG: sauce when we had to ask 4 waiters it then came only to be taken back 10mins later. Our meals came at last but sadly no one advised us what to order or whats is catch of the day..I then asked for the manager who then gave me a card to fill in my complain and I was called by Trevour the Monday morning, I advised him of above and he then told me the owner is here and put me through to Visham, relating the same above I was told they will offer a R100 voucher or halh price on the next time I eat there... I spent R433.00 which really was not worth the place. I would never advise/refer people to JD @ Suncoast ever again.
