Nandos
Drive wait

I drove up through the drive through at the nandos at the balito lifestyle centre, only because I was in a rush and being it a drive through it should be quicker than parking and ordering from the counter. As I approached the order window there was a customer in front of me that started placing an order. I waited about 2 mins before Mdu the manager took over to take the customers order. I then proceeded to wait for another 15 mins while Mdu joked and laughed with the customers and not even considering me waiting behind them. Eventually when I got to Mdu at the ordering window I asked if he was the manager and he confirmed that he was, I then said to him that I should've parked and gone in cause it would've taken me the same amount of time. Mdu then agreed with me and said yes it would've been quicker if I had done that. No apology and no consideration of me at all, so I decided not to order at all and drive off before waiting another 5 mins for the car in front of me to pick up there order. It should not be called a drive through and it's the last time I even think of having nandos with service like that!
