Bad Service

Last night went via the through for a simple order of 2 ice creams. After placing my order at the first window i waited almost 15 minutes with 3 cars standing dead still in front of me. I left the queue and parked in the parking lot and went inside to collect my order. The staff at the front were very unhelpful and a trainee EVENTUALLY helped me, by now i have spent over 20 minutes waiting on my order and the car that was at the collection window was the same when i first got there. 30 minutes later i walked out of there with one ice cream almost melted from taking so long to make the second. I think that KFC is siiting on a gold mine with the location and the owner seriously needs to consider getting in staff members that actually knows what they are doing. They will loose loyal customers very very quickly. I will now rather drive 5 km further to another KFC in order to avoid the shocking service from that branch. Ps this is my first time i loaded anything on Hello Peter and hope it will be my last.
