DISGUSTING SERVICE

Went thru the drive thru KFC in S/B, ordered 2X cones at 20h22. waited for the vehicle in front of us for approx. 5 minutes. then we get to the hatch and wait for 2mins, no service, we can see a lady, busy wid a bucket and cloth cleaning, we hoot n the lady looks at us, we tell hr that we waiting for our cones. she shouts at some others in the back and speaks in Zulu, as if we don't understand and all of them mumble and to each other. they seem to be very busy chatting and laughing. eventually mu husband gets off the car and asks for the manager, then a black guy comes to the window and tells us that the manager wants to know why we wanna see him, and we tell him its been 10mins and we r waiting for 2 cones. the manager tells him to serve us the cones. Very frustrated we call for the manager thru that hatch and show him that the ladies are busy making the order for the vehicle behind us whilst we are in front waiting to be served, he just says sorry. Eventually my husbands parks his car and goes thru the front door to see the manager and he says that he will deal wid the staff later. Is this how this branch operates.
