A few months ago I had a complaint against KFC in Zastron Street in Bloem, after which I promised myself I would not go there again.
This morning I decided to go to the KFC in Curie Avenue, only to be told that they had no eggs, but how about some bread and coffee? No thanks.
Stupidly I decided to drive OUT OF MY WAY to try the branch in Zastron Street again- I went into the drive-thru and waited at the "Order" window, which was closed but there were people behind it who saw me and ignored me. I tried to get their attention, which did not work. I then drove through to the "Pickup" window where I attempted for another 5 minutes to get someones attention. I was looked at and ignored again. Only after using my car hooter someone came to the window. I asked whether they were open and was told yes but we keep the windows closed because of the cold.
I then tried to place an order but the persons attitude was really bad, as if I was inconveniencing them- I drove out and will NOT EVER go back to that branch and probably KFC in general.
This is my THIRD complaint against this branch. They are truly terrible. Do something about your training KFC, you've lost a customer.
