Poor treatment

I happen to be a regular customer to this rubbish KFC, but the treatment i got was stinking with the big stench. I got there wanting to buy a meal, but i had to first sit down on one of their empty table because i was still waiting for my friend to come over. The place was empty with no one around, at about 1700. As i was about to make myself comfortable, a lady by the name of Makhosazana came and said "sir, you are not allowed to sit here cos you didn't order", i left fuming without even ordering. for the record, my friends and i will never buy from kfc ever again (word of mouth). i found that attitude very absurd and tasteless, because i am regular customer and she knew me. I don't know whether she was sent by Abdul because i previously complained about him (Abdul) not using the hairnet while interacting with food, i think he didn't take that criticism very well.

Furthermore the fact that when I want to and have to report to him and his employees drives me nuts.By the way i don't need an apology from you and your employee because that wont change anything.
