"New rules" that have been put in place

I am a regular at Eastwoods and I am not happy with the "new rules" that have been put in place.

R15 for a glass of tap water is ridiculous.

No swiping of cards for amounts less than R200. I was informed I must use the "no name brand" ATM they have installed to draw money and pay, which would result in me paying bank charges.

They informed me they could not serve me a plate of chips so I was going to eat the chips from the plate of my friend (who ordered a meal which came with chips) and was informed that they want to charge extra because sharing of food is not allowed. If the food is being paid for, I don't see why people should pay extra if they want to give it to someone else.

They also told me that another one of these "rules" is that you are not allowed to order food without ordering a drink.

I asked if I could speak to the manager but I was told he was "too busy" and I saw him stroll past our table 2 minutes after.

They will be losing a lot of customers if they carry on like this.
