Never Again!

Went to Beira on Saturday eve. Waiter showed us to a table and we preferred table adjoining it to which he said no problem we could sit there. We ordered our drinks and placed our meal order and were there for a good 30 minutes when a very rude owner/manager approached us to say that in future we must let the front desk know when we swop tables because this table was reserved. Well. imagine our absolute horror, never mind the audacity of this man who didn't even greet us. We chose to leave and hope that the meal was wasted, and as we are regular diners, will definitely not return. I have also informed many of my friends who enjoy their food who will also be boycotting it! Learn some manners and what customer service means!!!
