Have an Edgar's account, this account card was lost last year (August/September) called call centre to report card lost - Edgar's never blocked card. Card was still used and account paid - irregular amounts it seems, stopped using card and stopped paying in March - this is when I received a call to inform me of arrears of which I was aware of seeing I didn't work due to medical issues.
Best part is there are approx 10 transactions - I don't know of, this took the department 2 hours to investigate and they come back saying it ain't. I ask for the slips I get told they cannot supply me - the NCA states they have too supply them ABDUL refuses to. Furthermore he says - " you seem to know a lot about slips and this" - yes Abdul I am a fool that works in the customer service industry, I am a retailer! Then Abdul says " go sit and think about this situation" - insinuating that I bought on the account and don't want to pay it, I said I'm prepared to do a polygraph and he's not willing!! I want the slips and the CCTV footage! I have and will not leave it here! Abdul's attitude is utter disgusting questioning clients and their integrity
