BAD SERVICE AND REDICULOUS ATTITUDE

My friends was down from london and we booked a table at cubana, being not even 5min late they already gave our table to other patrons, when confronting the hostes she said unfortuantely we were late and she gave our table away, i inquired about a lounge and was informed that you pay up to R3500 for the lounge and thats already reserved but obviously knowing i wont pay that amount of money, i learned the next day from a friend who regulary go there that there is no charge for the lounge and if you dont look the part and not a regular they'll tell you there is no table and that they booked out months in advance.

I think its rediculous that they would not want to grow there clientel but would rather reserve every table for friends of theirs cause we didnt look or infact are not important as i guess most of the patrons arent, that was my second bad experience at cubana and does not recommend anyone to go to there cause they not friendly and do not go the extra mile to make you feel welcome at all, cause they actually dont give a, and what they dont realise if they dont have patrons they cant get paid, so i suggest they change their stinking attitudes but that was my last!
