Luna Blu ruined Valentines Day

For Valentines day this year we decided to try a new restaurant. We drove past Luna Blu on Windermere road on and was charmed by their red and white set up. Little did we know what a bad experience awaitied us inside. I ordered the ribs special and my fiance the chicken. The waiter brought out the chicken first... and then my meal 5 MINUTES later. There was a problem with my meal. The menue said 600g and the 4 small fatty pieces did not look right. After a further 10minutes of trying to catch ANY waiters attention, they took my meal back. The host applogised and assigned another waiter to us that was much better. However I then waited a further 30 MINUTES for them to fix my meal... only for them to bring me the EXACT SAME plate from before! And instead of making a fresh batch of chips- just heated the plate so that the chips were now soft and mushy! The host explained that she did this so that Pre and I could eat togetehr... Couldn't she have through of this sooner. His meal was already cold. They gave us another plate of ribs- this time a full 600g... however it was a case of too little too late. The day was already ruined
