R16 for chips and there are 13 chips on my plate

Yesterday i went to Nando's La Lucia mall and ordered a Half chicken meal with chips which cost R16 for the chips only. When my meal came i saw there was very few chips and ended up counting them in front of the waiter. There were 13 chips on my plate.

So i quickly did math, R16 / 13 = R1, 23 per chip on my plate!!! If i do rough calculations that means you will make about R1000 profit on one pocket of potato's!! If this is not extortion at it highest level i don't know anymore.

The manager on duty merely stated that's the portion size and nothing could be done about it. So i simply asked for a full refund of my entire meal and left and had a yummy Spur steak instead. Nando's will never see me again. Nee man sies, dis skelm!!
