Most disgusting meal eve

Saturday afternoon my partner & i decide to have supper at Spur V&A waterfront. We order the big bear combo each, this consists of steak, chop, chicken & ribs for R134.95. firstly the waiter does not ask us how we want our steak done, then we wait almost an hour for our meal. people that arrived after us had already eaten paid and left, eventually the manager George comes to us and says sorry for the delay as the restaurant got very full at that time.our meal finally arrives, no garnish on the side we both ignore this we ate & after eating my steak and chop that was charred so much it tasted like bitter coals, i looked up & saw my chicken so disgustingly dirty, it still had a few feathers, hairs & ends of the feathers on the chicken as well as the underside was still dirty as well. i called a waiter and showed her my chicken she got a plate & takes both of out quarter chicken. the manager then comes and apologises & says it will be replaced. the manager comes back with our chicken to go we pay, then leave. the next morning to my horror i find the exact same thing on the replaced chicken.which is unacceptable. for the money we spent i find this disgusting & appalling to sat the least
