This is a sad state of affairs... I visited your restaurant on the 13.12.13 and received the most dissapointing service not from staff as a waiter but from the manager on duty Neil Vincent. This gentlemen really needs to be explained the duties of a manger and also that body language plays a big role in the way it portrayed. We had a problem with our food and requested the waiter to call the manager on duty. My husband explained that he received reheated chips which was breaking. Within a place of about 2minutes food brought back with fresh fried chips but the chicken & ribs were served cold, my brother-inlaw at the same table was experiencing the same problem. Waiter then took the plate's away & brought warm food. The chicken on the plate's seem to have been reheated as it was very dry. We again requested manager and watched the waiter call him. His response to her was but just a shrug of the shoulder and a very irrated face. He was but just too busy kicking a ball in the front to attend to us.. Is this the service we get for spending R850.00 worth of food which was pretty much disgusting... I definitely will never return to this establishment & will let all know..
