I eat nando's atleast once a week for lunch, and i always order the same food. 1X 1/4 chicken, chips, and a roll for used to be R33.90 however now it's R34.90, i always add and extra roll for R4.40 and depending on my mood a coke for R12.95 total of R52.25. Today i decided to have the same again. This time however there was a promotion for a combo meal for 48.90, on the picture there is chicken chips and coke. I ordered the combo without thinking about the meal as i assumed that it's exactly the meal i always have bar the coke, i also then ordered an extra roll as always so that i have two rolls. When my plate arrived there was only one roll? When i enquired about the second roll i was told that the "new" combo does not come with a roll. Please explain the following to me as i am struggling to understand this? The New combo is R48.90 ad a roll and the total is R53.30. This total gives you a 1/4 chicken, chips buddy coke and 1 roll. However if i order the same meal by pointing to diffrent items on you menu i end up paying R52.25 PLUS i have an extra roll? Why are your "special" combo's more expensive than ordering the same things individually?
