Atrocious service twice from KFC Drive-Thru in PMB

I have visited the KFC drive-thru in PMB (Armitage Rd) twice and on both occassions received atrocious service with no attempt by the manager on duty to address the situation. On the first occassion I was told that my order would be brought to me within 5 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask for my order and was promptly ignored by staff. I demanded to see the manager and was once again ignored whilst the same person who told me that my order would be ready in 10 minutes continued serving other people. The manager appeared after another 5 minutes, and when I told her about the apathy and unprofessional attitude of her staff, she offered a weak "I'm sorry", packed my order herself and I left.
The same thing happened a week ago, except this time they omitted the child toy and drink. A call to the customer care line only resulted in the wrong KFC, in another city, calling me! I am disgusted.
