More than 20 minutes for a cup of tea

I unfortunately received poor service... More than 20 minutes for only a cup of tea. I had to remind the cashier about my order after 15 minutes. She then asked another person to make the cup of tea. This person went on to look for a lid for the cup from staff upstairs, then went to look for a tea bag! It was on a public holiday, yet they did not have their supplies ready. After 20 minutes, I requested the manager and rather a refund. I was told they work on an order slip basis... why did they then need to be reminded about the order? Another customer was waiting for only carrot juice just as long. I left with my refund...
