I ordered from Portoinettos telephonically at 7:20pm. I was told that it would take 25 to 30 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order at 8pm. we we told the order was not ready. I approached the Manager on duty, Hassan, who responded arrogantly, not even pausing to check on my order. I explained that there is a problem at the store because there are always long waits, whether you call first or order at the counter. It was only after another patron asked for his order to be cancelled, did the manager go over to Portinettos to investigate. There is never a staff member at the Portinettos counter and the Manager continued to argue with me in front of the patrons, never once apologisiing.
It is time that Caminettos stores are held accountable for the constant poor level of service. And the attitude of the staff members does little to help. There are numerous other places to support.
