KFC Blue Route Mall is the worst ever

KFC Blue Route mall is the worst ever when it comes to service. Yesterday At 18:05 myself and my girlfriend stopped in there to order a 6 piece Family Treat. Here I want to add that there was a que but yet there was only two staff members at the counter. My girlfriend placed the order and after paying, was only told that there was no chicken available and that we have to wait another 20 minutes. What! What makes this worse is that a lady that came in after us was given the exact same order while we still waiting for ours. That lady was white... we are coloured.? Linda who is the manager came to apologize but it just wasn't good enough. And the counter lady called Phindeka had an attitude. What makes this even worse is that both myself and my girlfriend work in Client Services. I'd be happy to come and train their incompetent staff. After a wait of 40 minutes we eventually left... in disgust at the attitude of both manager and staff. We then proceeded to another Kentucky where we were served within 5 minutes. You guys have alot to learn. You not doing me a favor by serving me... We as customers pay your salaries. Please keep that in mind. You guys big time
