Thava Indian Restaurant
Terrible Valentines night dinne

Reservation was made at Thava - New Indian Restaurant in Midrand - Carlswald. We arrived before 19:00 on Valentines day, we were taken to our Table outside. As we approched the Table - we had 2 side plates, and 1 knife and 1 fork, this might I add was never attended to the entire time. We ordered the Starters - 3 of them (as per the valentines special Menu) and we received 1 of the 3 dishes 40 mins after ordering. We waited a further 10 Mins, and decided to leave. The manager said he will check on the food, and made an excuse of telling me the Kitchen was too busy. Please dont use this one on me, its old, if you had planned accordingly (knowing that 90% of your customers were going to order off your Special Menu) this would of been different. Im afraid, due to the Lack of Service, and tasteless Starter (whatever chicken Tikka that was - if even that) We will never return there again. We ended up paying for the Starter and our Drinks!! typical.
