Putrid Service Experience on Valentines Day

Valentines Day Special: I placed a phone order at Romans Ridgeway and was told it would take 15 mins. I get to the store after 15 mins and was told its not ready yet. I asked how much longer it will take and was told "not more than 4 mins". I was irritated but i was patient. While waiting, the cashier decided to carry one of the customers toddlers... Takes her behind the counter, and even back to the kitchen. And he does this while serving customers and answering the phone. His intent may be good, but its absolutely unprofessional. Another 20 mins go by (so now ive waited for 35 mins) and still no word on my order. I raise my hands to him, and then he checks the order, and it was ready ages ago. He was too busy with other and forgot about me! How on earth do you run a business like this? And the cherry on the cake? My order was wrong - i got thin base instead of thick, even though i explicitly mentioned it when i ordered. Try explaining that to a hungry, pregnant woman on Valentines Day. I expect compensation for this. Thanks.
