February Specials apparently not on valentines day

Four friends and I went to have a valentines dinner at Dros Montana. When we went to reserve a table there was a special on schnitzels for the month of February which is why we chose to go to Dros. The special was buy two schnitzels for the price of one. When we got there this evening the board with the special on was covered up and we were told by our waitress as well as the floor manager that the special was on this afternoon but taken off the menu for this evening. We asked the co-owner on a later occasion after placing our order, and he responded that the schnitzels were "out of stock", which was a lie, because two of the people at our table ordered schnitzels and were charged full price. Not acceptable that waitress and floor manager confirmed that the special was not on for the evening, conveniently on a busy night the owner said it's out of stock. Do not advertise a special and not all the franchises are prepared to stick to it, as Menlyn confirmed their special was on. That is false advertisement and will not recommend or visit Dros Montana again.
