Poor Service

Hello

My wife and I are regular customers at Thava Norwood and I have never had any problem with service or problems will meals etc. I had family from Durban visiting and because they are staying in Midrand I booked at the Midrand Thava branch last night 10 December 2013. My wife and I have never been there before and when I booked I queried whether the service and food was of the same calibre as the Norwood branch. Little did I know as the waiter got the drinks order incorrect in the first instance. We did not make a fuss about it.
.According to the menu the Tandoori Prawns comes as follows:8 pieces of prawns marinated in ginger garlic, lemon, butter and chilli sauce and grilled to perfection in the tandoori oven served with savoury rice.
The waiter did not bring any savoury rice with the 2 Tandoori Prawns meals and when I queried it, the waiter told us that it only come with a side salad and if we wanted rice then he will bring it to us. I asked him to call the manager as I could not understand why we were not being served what was stated on the menu.By now my 2 guests who had ordered the Tandoori Prawns were eating dry rice and prawns and it was terrible.
