Disrespectful

Good day, i just had the worst time ever buying Nandos, i placed my order via telephone, and then went to fetch it. i was then told by the manager as he handed my meal over, infront of customers that i should show more respect to him over the phone, his words quoted "you talking " is what i apparently said to him and i quote his words again "i am the manager, you must respect me". i actually took it very personally as i was the only white person amongst the blacks, and i think that it was a remark that he made. i couldnt care if he was manager or not, if i did something wrong i would have understood, but dont ever assume something that is not true, and i think that particular manager need to get his ears checked because everyone that i have ever ordered from before him didnt have a hearing problem
