Nandos
They denied me my food

Yesterday (22August) i went to nandos sunnyside, ordered 1/4 chicken extra hot (breast) meal without a drink. they said i must wait 8 mins. i went for a smoke. 10minutes later i came to fetch my order from the lady i ordered from (i didnt take her name). SHE asked for my slip, i told her i couldnt find it, she refused to give me my order. i asked her if she doesnt recognise me, she said she does but she wont give my order. i asked for her team leader, (didnt get name) she gave me the same attitude albeit worse. i asked for their manager to intervene. he flat refused to help or even check slips in their till that might show my card number. i recorded him saying there is NOTHING he can do for me. i went home hungry because of those people. This experience has left a BITTER taste in me.
