Disgrace

We had a sit down in the Nandos in rosebank and I have to tell you that the service was appalling. The cashier got the order completely wrong, I then requested them to please correct it, which in turn took another 15min and they still came back with the wrong order. I then asked to see the manager because the waiter did not even bring the drinks to the table after repeatedly asking her to do so. To my disgust the manager himself could not even have the respect enough to even come to our table after being repeatedly called. The service was so pathetic that we actually got up and eventually went to get our own drinks from the fridge as the waiters and the manager seemed uninterested. A word to the not so wise at Nandos, the rest of your staff will mirror your managers attitude and your rosebank manager is an uneducated fool. I will never go to Rosebank Nandos again.
Oh and by the way, the service at your Norwood branch is absolutely awesome, keep it up
