Don't go to NANDOS!

We went to Nandos with a craving for a simple meal right? Wrong!!! I took a business partner for a meeting over lunch at Nandos West gate. The service was so bad i have no words to describe it, we were served half our meal (a cold meal), My order was not captured correctly, we were made to wait for 30 min for rolls, Yes 30 Minutes!!! the waiter that was serving us attitude was extremely bad!!! I come from a customer service industry and i could not believe the treatment we received from the whole team... i felt so embarrassed in front of my business associate, being his first time eating at a Nandos RSA.I asked to speak to the manager (Noel) and he was no where to be found, eventually he comes and starts making excuses and not taking responsibility. The sad part is i buy Nandos (West gate) for my team on a Monthly basis, from now on that will NOT happen... Thank you Noel and team for turning Nandos into another Micky mouse restaurant!!!
