Disgustingly POOR service from Nandos!!!

To whom it may concern,

You will probably ignore this e-mail but I AM SO LIVID... that I will waste more time tonight as I need to vent!!!
My family and I stopped at your Nandos outlet in Blackheath opposite Cresta.
I ran in and ordered two half chickens and salads (see attached slip).
The slip for payment will show that I paid at 19h18. I was told it would take around 10 mins... so I returned to my car and waited.
I went back at least 5 times over the next 45 minutes and my food was still not ready.
The shop doors were closed at 19h40 so many other customers were turned away.
I TRIED ASKING VARIOUS PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT YOUR STAFF'S REACTION WAS ONE OF "COULDNT CARE LESS!!! "
i EVENTUALLY EXPLODED AND DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK! This was the first time I saw a guy with a badge saying "manager."
I asked why he had no addressed all the customers who were complaining and he just mumbled something about a stove not working... and refunded me before sdissaperaing to the back of the store somewhere.

Over an hour to wait for NOTHING and still leave empty handed.

NEVER AGAIN NANDOS! I WILL DO WITHOUT YOU!

NANDOS PROBABLY COULDNT CARE ANYWAY!
