Shouting and screaming in another language

About 30min ago we stopped at the above mentioned Total to grab a cup of coffee from the Mugg & Bean. I went inside with my puppy in my arms, as I didn't see the no dog sign (my error). While my partner and I were finishing up with our coffee's, the Steer's staff took it upon themselves to start screaming and shouting in their language, assuming I don't understand, for the security to come and escort out of the building. Once outside I asked to speak to the manager, who came out and said she would sort it out, and I thanked her, as well as apologised for bringing my puppy indoors. Judging by her uniform, I'm not sure that the Steers falls under her management, which is why I feel its necessary to make this complaint. I feel that the staff at the Steers showed bad attitude by screaming and shouting for security, as though I was holding an AK47, and not a harmless 5 month old Daschund puppy. Please have a chat with the staff concerned, before it happens to someone that's maybe not as "understanding" as I am.
