Shocking attitude of staff and pathetic service

Last night at around 19h15 my family and I went to the KFC at the Crescent for a sit down meal. We are never GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! We waited for our order which was a family feast 40 mins without any apology/explanation from anyone. Who waitsthis long? Little did we know that the closing time was 8pm and we had less than 20 mins to eat! Whilst eating our meal we were subjected to staff screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs intermittently not in English so we didn't know what they were saying. Oblivious to the sit down customers eating their meals and louder than the TV that was playing music. At one point my partner thought that the store was being robbed. That how loud it was! I left my meal to ask the one of the staff members cleaning to tell the other keep quiet as we were eating our meal. After I sat down one of staff remarked in English "we are here to sell chicken not to keep quiet". After that they were back to their loud screaming &shouting. They was NO manager on duty! I have never seen such rude and unruly behaviour in any fast food place. The KFC may look fancy with its new look store but they need to teach their staff some customer service & manners
