Manager Disrespecting staff in front of clients

While my friend and i where getting breakfast this morning, the Manger/Owner of Mug&Bean Victory Park was shouting at her staff.
clearly the staff was running late setting up for the morning, and while the establishment had paitrons (about 3 tables of people) i can never condone disrespect of anyone.
the one lady even used her crush to point while shouting at staff in front of us, it was so awkward, when we called the manager aside to let her know she was making us feel uncomfortable. she tried to explain it off like it was OKAY to disrespect her staff and make her patrons feel uncomfortable.

i then pointed out, while i understand
you need to reprimand your staff, i do think out of respect take the staff to the back and talk to them, rudeness is never attractive.
