I stopped at KFC today, upon entering I noticed the power seemed to be out and there must have been a shift change occurring since the staff were making so much noise screaming and shouting at one another.

There was one cashier with a manual book and about 5 clients waiting, eventually another came out with a float (Dineo) call me forward and proceeded to take my order. Half way during my order she started speaking to the other cashier for nearly a minute. I tried to get her attention again but she completely ignored me.

I asked for customer care's number then she told me "I'll take your order now", declined. Still waiting for the number, she then got a serviette, an old till slip and eventually gave me an empty bag with the number on it.

I don't understand why management allows staff to scream and shout in the shop front or why when I try to order I am left waiting and feel like someone is doing me a favor by taking it. I would like to see corrective action taken for this instance both on management and the mentioned staff member this level of professionalism and incompetence is not acceptable to neither my self or the clients who thanked me for saying something
