Shouting and screaming at client

About 2 weeks ago I went to Steers, placed my order with the cashier (bongeka). I was given a slip and the buzzer. I went to the ATm and mistakenly threw my slip away. When my take away was ready, the buzzer went off and i told my brother to fetch it, not knowing that they needed the slip. I didn't think it was going to be an issue as the store was not busy at all.
the cashier was then screaming at my brother, and I was the the Shop purchasing a soft drink and could hear here from across the store.
I went to find out out what was the problem and told her that i threw the slip away but she did have a copy of it so there shouldn't be a problem as the store was not busy, and she knew what i ordered. She ended up screaming at me as well and i told her that the way she is speaking to me as a customer is wrong, as it was causing a stir.
People that do not have manners and do not know how to speak to their customers even if the customer is wrong that is not how they should carry on.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE...
