KFC Primrose is USELESS

KFC Primrose is absolutely the WORST KFC store I have EVER been to. I will NEVER go there again! They are continuously disappointing me! They hardly ever have ice-cream; today (01/02/2014 at approximately 6:15pm) they didn't have coke, and didn't even bother to ask if we mind receiving Fanta instead, they just gave it to us and said that's the way it is; the worst, however, was when we arrived home to find half filled boxes of chips (with NOTHING that had fallen out in the bottom of the bag) and one of our colonel burgers did not even have a bun on the bottom! This is pathetic! It's basics that they can't seem to get right! KFC clearly has no quality control of their stores because Tom and Harry can own a store and do WHATEVER they want in it.

This is not my first complaint about this store and nothing, whatsoever has changed! I am now going to spread the word to every forum available to the public on how exceptionally useless this store is, as well as how ineffective KFC Head Office is in sorting out problem stores!
