Lack of service and order still wrong!!

Below is a complaint sent to KFC after a disappointing visit, to date no response

The first thing I would like you to note is the store was quiet when I arrived (Sunday 23rd June), I parked and went into the store as there was a sign at the drive through saying the speedpoints were not working. I was the only customer when I started giving my order. It was not a difficult order as you can see but I had specific requests for the burgers i.e. one Zinger burger with the box meal with no sauce and no garnish and one of the colonel burgers was to be the same the other 2 burgers were standard with extra cheese on the other colonel burger.
What I received was both Zinger burgers had no garnish and no sauce even though I had specifically asked for hot sauce on one burger. Both the colonel burgers had garnish and sauce. Over and above that the chips were ice cold and not fresh at all and the burgers were extremely dry. Overall I was extremely unhappy, I repeated my order OVER 4 times and it was still wrong and the quality of the food was not up to standard.
This was far from a cheap family meal coming in at almost R200 for below average quality and service.
