Shocking experience

I'm a proud account holder of the Mr Price Group BUT I had a very bad experience at one of the Mr Price Home Stores.

Me and my husband saw a photo frame in one of the Home stores. We went to Mr Price Home Key-west to see if we can find one of the frames. We couldn't see any thing on the shelves (as they're still busy renovating and unpacking) and my husband turned to one of the sales persons to enquire about the frame. I think the guys name is Blessings or something like it, he didn't even take time to listen to my husband he turned his back on my husband and went into the back of the store. We thought that maybe he went to see if they have stock available. After 15 min he came out with boxes walk straight pass us and carry on with his work.

I was so shocked!!!

If this is the kind of client service you get from this store then I don't want to be an account holder anymore!!!

It's pathetic to say the least. I don't even bother to go into that shop anymore. I used to love shopping at these store, but my days are over with them!!!
