Outstanding Service

My experience at this store was extremely pleasant. The service at the bakery was exemplary. Unfortunately, I did not get the guy's name - he is friendly and does his job very well with a huge smile. He assured us of the quality of the baked goods and I must say the cakes were delicious. I usually do not buy cakes from Pick 'n Pay because most stores use buttercream but he assured us that this store uses fresh cream and that the chocolate used was Bar One. He promised that we will be back for their baked goods - if I am in the area I will definitely go back. Also, the store was rather quiet and we were second in line at the till - we were pleasantly surprised to find another cashier open up her till just to serve us. Most of the other stores have more than half of their tills closed at peak times. It would be great if other stores had the same service standards. I am very impressed by this store. Kudos to Fairlands Pick 'n Pay, its management and staff!!
