Slow service

Placed an order at 19:07 for a Chicken & Mushroom Sub, 20cm size and was told by the cashier, Zethu Qakambile, that the order will take 10 to 12min maximum. I waited until 19:34 before my order was ready - a full 27min. When I questioned the staff at 19:30 why it is taking so long, they offered no reason and no apology.

I expect someone to contact me to explain what will be done to prevent this happening in the future.
