Poor portion sizes

You order 200 gram calamari rings only and when you receive it, it weigh 160 gram. How does that work??? Useless!!! Apparently it's 200 grams before they prepare it. Wonder how many ice are involved in the package? I ordered through Mr Delivery and the confirmed it with Fishaways. Won't buy from them again, for sure!
