Prawns was not cooked

Good day, I emailed [URL Removed] on the 03.10.2013 and still now reply was given to me.
I love eating at Fishaways, until I had a bad experience on Tuesday 02.10.2013.
Normally when you buy the F4 selection the prawns is also crumbed and cooked. Mine was not. I was disgusted, and I was not the only customer with this problem.
Normally it takes Fishaways under 20 minutes to prepare the take away, we waited over half an hour. Steers that is next door, only has 2 cooks and the one of them is the cashier, they were faster, they only took 10 minutes to prepare our take away. This is very bad service.
Is this the service I must suspect from every other Fishaways I come across?
