WAIT 30 min for WRONG ORDER

Ordered meals from Fishaways through Steers in Fontainebleau, Randburg telephonically at 18h00. Arrived 18h10 to collect. The order was printed at Steers and I ppaid there. When I went to Fishaways they told me the order would be ready shortly. After asking a few times the Manager eventually gave me the wrong order that was lying under the warmer for 15 minutes. It was not what we ordered. I asked for my money back because we could not wait another 30 minutes for them to prepare the order. The Manager had no idea what was going on and the lady at Fishaways also was extremely rude and ignored me totally instead of checking what was going on. We buy every Friday at this outlet and have accepted all their mistakes over the years but I will certainly not buy there again.
