Better fish in the sea than Fishaways

We ordered supper from Fishaways on Thursday 23 May - one portion of "pop prawns", one hake burger and chips, and one calamari burger and chips. When we got home and opened the packages we were highly disappointed. The prawns cost R32 but there were only a handful in the container. Upon enquiry the manager said "that's just how our prawns come out". The calamari burger had more lettuce than bun and there were a bunch of calamari rings that looked like they had just been thrown onto the bun. The hake burger was the worst - instead of a hake fillet as advertised on the posters, this one consisted of a bun smothered in lettuce, with three hake nuggets on it. Literally, THREE hake NUGGETS. Needless to say we returned the food and got ushered out quite quickly with a full refund. Not once did the manager apologise or offer to replace the food. We ended up going to KFC instead.
