Not getting what you ordered

Ordered 2x Fish cakes & chips; Fish & chips (Grilled Fish); extra Grilled hake fillet; 1x Calamari wrap; 1x Hake wrap & extra portion of calamari rings... when I got home my order was completely messed up, the fish were fried not grilled, they gave 2x hake wraps instead of 1x calamari and 1x hake and the fish cakes were burned...
