From no delivery to wrong orde

I placed an order for delivery only to be contacted about 45 minutes later to be told that the scooter won't start so my order can not be delivered I must make means to come and collect. of which I did. Arriving at Fishaways expecting to be in and out since I was told my order was ready, it was another mission for the staff to locate my order. While I was out to tell the driver of the transport to wait a bit longer since they had to start with a new order the lady followed me... they had founf my order. i was relieved went home to my disappointment again it was a wrong order, I had requested a grilled calamari and hake instead I got a deep fried calamari and deep fried hake. Just because this is a small town does not mean the service has to be so poor. I'm not impressed.
