1hr 40minutes for delivery

I ordered my food at 18:52 this evening from Ocean Basket through Delivery Xtreme Pretoria. I was told that the order would be delivered by 19:55, even though they usually say 45minutes and not an hour. it was not a huge meal, only two meals being prawn specials. 20:00 came, still no food.

Approximately 30 attempts at phoning to enquire where the food was, but no one answered the phone on either of the two numbers. Time at this point, 20:20. I Then proceeded to call the sandton branch which then assisted.

eventually after 1hr 40 minutes the food was here.

What appalling service. Won't be ordering from them anytime soon.
