Nandos
Food delivered after two hours... Cold

I ordered Nandos for delivery at 14:00 I was told it would take 45 minutes, the food only arrived at my doorstep at 15:55... Cold. I had earlier called to find out what was going on with my order and told they would call me back shortly... No one called.

I then called to request that they come pick up their cold food as I was not going to eat that. The manager, whom I was transferred to, instead resent the driver with new food. It arrived barely warm as well, and the chips were not fully cooked. If they didn't want to help they should have given me my money back.

I usually go there myself to buy, this was my first delivery experience as I had a busy day. Even after the short trip home, my food is hot when I arrive. This feels intentional, especially the second time around.
