Horrible serve

I went through the drive thru on Monday the 27th in the evening about 5pm . i WAS DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED BY THE EMPLOYEE. I did not receive the correct order and when questioned about it the lady was very rude and turned her back on me and refused to resolve the issue.. I will not be supporting another KFC . i have continues problems with KFC they have gone down the drain. Their food has become horrible and their serve is even worse. i will not be recommending KFC to any friends and family in the future and i'll do everything in my power to keep them away from that place
