Spur! complete FAIL!!

Worst night in my life by far! My family and I decided to dine at spur (margate) for dinner. When we arrived we had to wait as it was busy, not a problem, the table we where waiting for to leave couldn't because their 3 year old girl couldn't be found! She managed to walk out into the street of margate and luckily a passerby found the little girl wondering around crying and started the search for her parents! BIG PROBLEM! So I need not mention my children had to sit at the table the whole evening because there is no chance we would take the risk of that happening to our children! Then after deciding to take the burger specials we waited 2.5 hours for 6 burgers 2 of which we didn't eat as it looked like leftovers from another plate! Needless to say my wife and I never ate supper last night due to incompetent staff who shrugged the matter off as tho it never happened! Holliday go ers please be carefull of this as a place to eat, especially if you have children! Not to mention there was not one manager or staff member who even tried to help those poor people find their little girl! We won't ever again visit SPUR! Waste ur whole evening to end up leaving the same as you arrived! HUNGRY
