Bad Service

My gf made a reservation for a table (3 people) for last night, the 18th of July 2013 for 19h30. We arrived at 19h30 to be told that we should just wait 5 minutes to be seated. After 10 mintues had passed, we were still waiting to be seated and so the manager offered us a drink each "on the house" for his apologies. It was now 20h00 and we had asked several times if they knew what time we would be seated and no one could answer us. We then decided at 20h40, after still not being seated or informed what was happening, to leave and find an alternative restaurant to eat at and so we left. 5 min after we left, we received a call to say our table was ready, but we were on route to the alternaive.

Turn & Tender normally has exceptional service, hence eating regularly at the restaurant, but last night was shocking. We had made a booking and only after 01h15 could they offer to seat us. This is truley unacceptable.

My gf and I were taking her boss out for dinner and this was going to be his first time at Turn & Tender. One can only imagine the perception and image he received of Turn & Tender after last night's experience. I am also extemely dissappointed.
